Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel was slightly small, but clean and nicely decorated, with limited toiletries. The bar, reception, and breakfast areas were cramped due to busyness, creating an elbow-to-elbow atmosphere.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while lovely, were really small for two people with large suitcases. However, they were spotless and came with a small private terrace boasting city views. The service was very welcoming and helpful overall, from the initial communication to our reception, though they were a bit slow to clear tables. The location was amazing, right in the center of the old town and very convenient for exploring Porto. The dining options were substantial with a wide selection, but the dishing up facility was fairly small. Despite some downsides, it was a fantastic place to stay in Porto!
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely with a small private terrace offering great city views, although a bit small, especially when traveling with larger luggage. The service was top-notch with young, professional staff who always put the customer first. The central location made it extremely convenient to explore Porto, although limited public toilets were a slight inconvenience. The dining experience was fantastic with a wide selection of delicious options. Overall, a great value for money choice in a prime location.
